Are these physical products?
No. SitterStack products are digital files. No physical item ships.
Which software do I need?
The forms are supplied in DOCX and PDF formats. The dashboard is supplied in XLSX format and is designed for Microsoft Excel. Import into other tools only after testing a copy because spacing, validation, charts, or formulas may change.
Do the products include a pet-sitting contract or waiver?
No. Agreements, waivers, veterinary authorizations, employment documents, tax forms, and jurisdiction-specific legal documents must be handled separately with appropriate professional guidance.
Can I customize the files?
Yes. Keep one unchanged master, then customize a working copy for one purchaser-owned or operated pet-care business. Preserve warnings and field logic that remain relevant.
Can I share or resell the files?
Staff or contractors may receive access only as needed for the purchaser's internal operations and subject to appropriate controls. Resale, redistribution, sublicensing, public posting, marketplace use, and use to create a competing template product are prohibited.
What support is included?
Support covers file access and material file defects. It does not include customization, legal review, veterinary direction, tax advice, bookkeeping, insurance decisions, or business coaching.
